iCoach Solutions provides:

• Health Insurance Brokerage: Assistance finding and enrolling in individual and family health insurance plans through the ACA Marketplace and private carriers
• Medicare Services: Guidance on Medicare enrollment, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D prescription drug plans
• Life Insurance: Assistance with term life, whole life, and other life insurance products
• Supplemental Insurance: Dental, vision, accident, critical illness, and other supplemental coverage
• Educational Services: Free educational classes on healthcare options and insurance literacy

3. Brokerage Relationship

3.1 Independent Agent Status

iCoach Solutions operates as an independent life and health insurance agency. We are not an insurance company. We represent multiple insurance carriers and help you find coverage that fits your needs.

3.2 Compensation

We are compensated through commissions paid by insurance carriers when you enroll in a plan. Our services are free to you. The premiums you pay are the same whether you enroll directly with a carrier or through our agency.

3.3 No Guarantee of Coverage

While we assist with applications, final approval of coverage is determined by the insurance carrier. We cannot guarantee acceptance or approval of any application.

4. Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Review all documents and applications before signing
• Notify us promptly of changes to your information (address, income, household size, etc.)
• Pay premiums directly to insurance carriers as required
• Read and understand your policy documents
• Contact us with questions about your coverage

5. Limitations of Services

5.1 Not Legal, Tax, or Medical Advice

Our services are educational and advisory regarding insurance products. We do not provide:

• Legal advice
• Tax advice
• Medical advice or recommendations
• Investment advice

5.2 Coverage Decisions

All coverage decisions, claim determinations, and policy terms are made by insurance carriers, not by iCoach Solutions. We are not responsible for claim denials, coverage limitations, or carrier decisions.

5.3 Premium Payments

We do not collect premium payments. All payments are made directly to insurance carriers. We are not responsible for payment processing issues or coverage lapses due to non-payment.

6. Special Enrollment Periods

Health insurance enrollment is generally limited to:

• Open Enrollment: Annual enrollment period (typically November 1 - January 15)
• Special Enrollment Periods: Triggered by qualifying life events (job loss, marriage, birth, moving, etc.)
• Medicare Enrollment: Initial Enrollment Period, Annual Enrollment Period, and special circumstances

We will help you understand enrollment periods and deadlines, but ensuring timely enrollment is your responsibility.

7. Communications

7.1 Consent to Contact

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us via:

• Phone calls (including to mobile phones)
• Text messages (SMS)
• Email
• Mail

7.2 Call Recording

Phone calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. By continuing a call after notification, you consent to recording.

7.3 Opting Out

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time:

• Text STOP to opt out of SMS messages
• Click "unsubscribe" in emails
• Contact us to update your preferences

Service-related communications necessary for your coverage may still be sent.

• We are not liable for actions or decisions of insurance carriers
• We are not liable for coverage denials, claim denials, or policy terms set by carriers

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iCoach Solutions, its agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your provision of inaccurate information
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact us to attempt to resolve any disputes informally.

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.3 Venue

Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington.

14. Changes to Terms
